What I Do


I characterize my teaching philosophy as "teaching is coevolving." In this perspective, it is necessary to provide multiple entry points for learning so that students, with all their diversities, can adapt activities to fit their needs, emergent abilities, and interests. I design my pedagogy so that students can take personalized paths to achieving the course outcomes while engaging in the material in a manner appropriate to their current situation.


My current focus is understanding how Generative Pre-trained Transformers intersect with pedagogy, learning designs, assessment, and academic integrity.
